Study the relationship between learning styles and academic performance in students of the Professional School of Psychology of the Andina University of Cusco. The sample is 215 regular students, registered in the academic semester 2016 - II, whose ages range from 16 to 32 years of age, 138 women (64.2%) and 77 men (35.8%). The quantitative approach research is descriptive correlational, and the Honey-Alonso Learning Styles Questionnaire (CHAEA) is used. As for results it has been found that most of the approved students present active and reflective learning styles, and the disapproved, theoretical and pragmatic styles; There are significant differences between men and women in their learning styles and academic performance; There are significant differences with respect to the age group in terms of learning styles, so the youngest are active and theoretical, while adults are pragmatic and reflective; There are significant differences in the cycle of studies, so those in the former are active, intermediate cycles, reflexive and the most advanced are theoretical and pragmatic. 95% confidence has been found that academic performance is related to learning styles.
