The research work: "Factors related to adherence to anti-tuberculosis treatment in patients treated, Red de Servicios de Salud Cusco Sur 2022", whose objective was to determine the factors related to adherence to antituberculous treatment in patients treated in the Red de Servicios de Salud Cusco Sur 2022, the study is of a quantitative, descriptive correlational and prospective design approach, the sample population 40 patients treated in the different Health Centers of the Red de Servicios Cusco Sur 2022. Results: Regarding personal factors: 55% are between 18 and 30 years old, 65% are female, 52.5% have higher education, 95% do not have harmful habits, 57.5% do not have any pathological history, 32.5% have a dependent job, 40% are single, in terms of family factors, 57.5% live with their children and partners, 70% have a family income of more than 1,026 soles, 82% have support with control and treatment of their illness, 57.5% have their own home, 90% each member has their own room. Social factors: 57.5% come from a rural area, 50% have a good interpersonal relationship. Organizational factors, 90% indicate that there is empathy from health personnel towards the patient. The results found show that 72.5% of the population adheres to antituberculous treatment. The chi square statistical test gives a value of p = 0.016, showing a significant relationship between monthly family economic income and adherence to tuberculosis treatment, in the same way, the type of home ownership has a value of p = 0.017, showing a significant relationship with adherence to tuberculosis treatment.
