Destino de los recursos directamente recaudados y el presupuesto de ingresos de la Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura Cusco - Parque Arqueológico de Machu Picchu, periodo 2017.

Abstract

En el presente trabajo intitulado “DESTINO DE LOS RECURSOS DIRECTAMENTE RECAUDADOS Y EL PRESUPUESTO DE INGRESOS DE LA DIRECCIÓN DESCONCENTRADA DE CULTURA CUSCO - PARQUE ARQUEOLÓGICO DE MACHU PICCHU, PERIODO 2017”, se abordaran temas referidos a la forma de recaudación de los recursos directamente recaudados, así mismo definir cuanto fue el ingreso por cobros al parque arqueológico de Machu Picchu en el periodo 2017; del mismo modo realizamos un análisis estadístico de cómo son distribuidos los recursos directamente recaudados a las diferentes instituciones estatales, también como son usados los recursos recaudados del Parque Arqueológico de Machu Picchu, evidenciamos respecto si la entidad encargada de realizar dicha acción, viene administrando de manera óptima dichos recursos conocer de qué manera son utilizados, en vista de que el patrimonio de Machu Picchu pertenece a todos los peruanos; por tanto, el tema es de interés público. El presente estudio tiene el siguiente alcance: descriptivo con diseño no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo, el tamaño de la población y muestra para la investigación son el área de recaudación y la oficina de planificación y presupuesto de la dirección desconcentrada cultura Cusco, las técnicas utilizadas para el procesamiento de datos, han sido la ficha de análisis documental y cuestionario de entrevista, también el contenido del trabajo está dado por la introducción que está orientada al planteamiento del problema, justificación, objetivos de la investigación y delimitación de la investigación, marco teórico, encierra: antecedentes de la investigación, bases teóricas, marco conceptual, formulación de la hipótesis y variables del estudio, método de la investigación, que contiene, tipo de la investigación, enfoque de la investigación, diseño de la investigación, alcance de la investigación, población y muestra de la investigación, técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos y procesamiento de datos; resultados de la investigación que contiene: Las Tablas con las respectivas interpretaciones, discusión, descripción de los hallazgos más relevantes y significativos, limitaciones del estudio, comparación crítica con la literatura existente e implicancias del estudio, la presentación de conclusiones, recomendaciones y las referencias bibliográficas.

The present study has the following scope: descriptive with non-experimental design and quantitative approach, the size of the population and sample for research are the collection area and the planning and budget office of the deconcentrated Cusco culture direction, the techniques used to the processing of data, have been the document analysis and interview questionnaire, also the content of the work is given by the introduction that is oriented to the approach of the problem, justification, research objectives and delimitation of the research, theoretical framework, encloses: research background, theoretical basis, conceptual framework, formulation of the hypothesis and study variables, research method, which contains, type of research, research focus, research design, scope of research, population and sample of research, techniques and instrume data collection and data processing; Results of the research that contains: The Tables with the respective interpretations, discussion, description of the most relevant and significant findings, limitations of the study, critical comparison with the existing literature and implications of the study, the presentation of conclusions, recommendations and bibliographic references .
