Incidence and epidemiological characteristics in pregnant women treated with dystocia of bone and soft parts - Hospital Regional Cusco July 2017 to July 2018. Research whose objective was to identify the incidence and epidemiological characteristics of sociodemographic and obstetric gynecology. Descriptive, retrospective, cross-sectional study, with non-experimental and quantitative design, where the results show that at incidence is 0.13, the incidence rate of 13 per 100 skeletal and soft tissue distocies, as well as the total of dystocias presented in the study time was 1410. The epidemiological characteristics in the sociodemographic aspect are age with 32% between 19 to 30 years; civil status 74% cohabiting; the grade of education presents 68% with secondary studies; occupation 71% of patients as housewives; the origin is 73% of urban area; Health insurance is presented with 97% of patients with comprehensive health insurance. The epidemiological characteristics in the obstetric gynecological aspect in patients treated with dystocia of bony and soft parts are gestational age that occurs with 49% between 37 to 40 weeks, that is, at term; the number of pregnancies with 58% as primigraves; 47% prenatal care with 1 to 5 attentions; the moment of diagnosis is 49% at the time of gestation and 42% during labor, the term of gestation that occurs with 83% emergency caesarean section
