Objective: The purpose of this research work was to determine the relationship between pain perception in the lower dental nerve block and its relationship with the application of 2% lidocaine at room temperature and body temperature in patients who attend the San Sebastián Cusco Health Center January - 2019. Material and Methods: The type of study is correlational, transactional, those evaluated were 100 people who come to the establishment of both sexes over 18 years of age, first they were applied lidocaine at 2% of 1:80 000 at room temperature and then It was applied to them at body temperature, for the selection it was made according to the selection criteria to know the intensity of the pain, the VAS pain scale was applied, to determine the relationship between the variables using the SPSS with 0.05 of significance. Results: The perception of pain at room temperature had a strong pain perception with 38% and at body temperature it was of little pain with 44%, according to the statistical analysis of chi square this relationship was revealing p = 0.00 (p <0.05 ), in other words that the perception of pain is related to the temperature of the anesthetic. Conclusion: A relationship was found between pain perception in the interruption of the lower dental nerve and its relationship with the application of 2% lidocaine, being lower at body temperature (little pain) in relation to room temperature (severe pain).
