Conocimientos, actitudes, prácticas en odontología de la salud bucal en madres de niños menores de un año que acuden al Centro de Salud Belenpampa – Cusco, 2022

Abstract

En la presente investigación cuyo Objetivo fue determinar el nivel de conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas en salud bucal de las madres de niños menores de un año que acuden al centro de salud Belenpampa Cusco 2022. Materiales y métodos, La investigación tuvo un corte transversal, la población estuvo compuesta por 542 madres que acudieron al centro de salud de Belenpampa de febrero a marzo del 2022, la muestra estuvo constituida de la siguiente manera tomamos en cuenta que la fórmula de población finita para hallar el número exacto de muestras además estuvo dada por madres que acuden al centro de salud de Belenpampa teniendo en cuenta que se realizó un muestreo probabilístico aleatorio llegando a un numero de 285 madres. Resultados: Podemos observar que en las madres el nivel de conocimiento alto presento un 56.4%, mientras que la actitud fue la actitud mala que presento 74.7% y por último la practica presento el 63.9% algunas veces, También podemos observar que el nivel de conocimiento fue alto en el grupo de edad entre 21 y 25, 26 y 30 años con 40 madres en ambos grupos, además el nivel de conocimiento fue alto en el grado de instrucción universitario mostrado en 59 madres. La actitud en salud bucal fue mala en la edad entre 21 y 25 años con 66 madres, además fue mala en el grado de instrucción universitario con 81 madres. La práctica en salud bucal fue de algunas veces en la edad entre 21 a 25 años con 49 madres, la practica en salud bucal fue de algunas veces en el grado de instrucción universitario con 70 madres. Conclusiones, El nivel de conocimiento de las madres de niños menores de un año que acudieron al Centro de Salud Belenpampa fue alto presento 56.4%, mientras que la actitud fue la actitud mala que presento 74.7% y por último la practica presento el 63.9% algunas veces.
