This research paper deals with a very important issue for the administration of justice in the criminal field. Indeed, the notification is a very important procedural act through which the procedural subjects are informed about the resolutions that are issued within a preliminary investigation and in general throughout the criminal proceedings, which turns out to be one of the procedural acts that must be taken into account after the issuance of the resolutions, since only through it both the offender and the accused can take cognizance of what was resolved in a specific preliminary investigation, so that the effects that will occur in the preliminary investigation according to its completion. That said, in the first part of the work the main approach to the problem and the specific problems has been made; the objectives and justification of the investigation were also raised. Next, the background of the study is briefly understood with some research work carried out in other universities. Then, a standard theoretical framework has been developed (using updated bibliography) with the topics directly related to the research proposed. Thus, taking into account that the central theme of the work is directly related to the notification through the Public Ministry's web system and its influence on due process, the notification and its concept are contemplated. Subsequently, a due process study has been carried out; Within these, the right of defense and the plurality of instances are understood. Finally, a brief study of the characters and types of notifications also works in the theoretical framework to culminate in the repercussions that it brings in due process, in accordance with the provisions of Peruvian criminal law. In this context, in the subcategories of study, as an imperative of the study, the theoretical framework has been integrated with an analysis of the forms of notification and their effects. In this way, the notification, the edicts, the preliminary investigation, among others, work in the final part of the theoretical framework. In the final part of the study carried out, the methodology used and the hypotheses raised and verified (after the surveys expressed in tables and graphs) are established. It concludes with the analysis and discussion of results, conclusions and recommendations.
