The present research focuses on the "Quality of care and user satisfaction in the emergency service of the National Hospital 'Adolfo Guevara Velasco' EsSalud – Cusco." The objective was to determine the relationship between the quality of care and user satisfaction in the emergency service of the mentioned hospital in Cusco, 2023.
