Resumen: La presente investigacion titulada “FACTORES ASOCIADO A LA HIPOACUSIA
EN USUARIO QUE ACUDEN AL CENTRO MEDICO ESPINAR, CUSCO.2022”
tuvo como objetivo: Determinar los factores asociados a la hipoacusia en usuarios que
acudieron al Centro Médico Espinar, Cusco. 2022. Metodología: Fue de alcance
descriptivo correlacional, no experimental, cuantitativo y retrospectivo, la población
estuvo conformada por 212 historias clínicas de usuarios con hipoacusia, la muestra fue
de 137 historias clínicas. La técnica fue la revisión documental, el instrumento fue una
guía de observación documental de historias clínicas de usuarios con hipoacusia.
Resultados: En relación a edad: 37,2% tuvieron edades entre 36-45 años, 6,6% de 55
años a más. Sexo: El 83,9% sexo masculino y 16,1% femenino. Grado de instrucción:
El 38,7% educación secundaria, 34,3% superior universitario, 16,8% realizo servicio
militar, 54,8% tuvo hipercolesterolemia, 22,6% consumió poco tabaco, 8,8% de manera
habitual, 71,5% trabajaron en minería, 21,2% operadores de equipo pesado y
conductores, 6,6% fueron administrativos, 32,8% laboró de 5 a 10 años, 7,3% más de
25 años, 41,6% trabajaron 8 horas diarias con exposición a ruido, 10,9% no tuvieron
exposición a ruido, 72,3% estuvieron expuestos a ruido moderado, 8,0% estuvo
expuesta a ruido muy intenso, 49,6% usaron tapones auditivos, 0,7% usaron a veces
protección auditiva. El 80,3% presentó hipoacusia leve, 18,2% moderada, 1,5% severa.
Los factores asociados a la hipoacusia (p < 0.05) son la edad (p=0,048), grado de
instrucción (p=0,007), consumo de tabaco (p=0.042), apreciación del ruido (p=0.000) y
uso de protectores auditivos (p=0.007).
The present research entitled "FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH HEARING LOSS IN USERS ATTENDING THE ESPINAR MEDICAL CENTER, CUSCO.2022" had as objective: To determine the factors associated with hypoacusis in users who attended the Espinar Medical Center, Cusco. 2022. Methodology: The study was descriptive, correlational, non-experimental, quantitative and retrospective, the population consisted of 212 medical records of users with hypoacusis, the sample consisted of 137 medical records. The technique was documentary review; the instrument was a documentary observation guide of clinical histories of users with hypoacusis.
