The purpose of the research was to identify and describe the relationship between personality factors and sexual machismo in the members of the Police Division of the city of Cusco, 2017. The research is descriptive and correlational with a non-experimental, cross- sectional design. The sample consisted of 327 members of the police between men and women (between the ages of 20 - 41 and over). The instruments used in the research were the semi-structured interview by Ñaupas, et al (2014), the personality questionnaire by Raymond B. et al, and the Sexual Machismo Scale (EMS-Sexismo-12) by Díaz L. Statistical data was taken through the process of periodicities and percentages, using the SPSS version 22 program and Excel. The results showed that 95% of the reliability of the personality factors are not related to the levels of sexual machismo in the members of the Police Division of the city of Cusco, 2017, p = 0.716> 0.05. Concluding as follows: The predominant personality factor in the police forces of the Police Division of the City of Cusco is abstraction, which describes people who are not very practical, abstract, oriented to ideas. Followed by surveillance that describes mistrust, vigilance, extreme suspicion, and paranoia.
