To determine the influence of the skeletal class and the dimension of the nasopharyngeal space in the craniocervical position. Material and method: The study was descriptive, cross-sectional, retrospective. The population consisted of 200 lateral radiographic images of patients aged 18 to 55 years from the A&A Radiological Center of Chachapoyas. The images were evaluated through an instrument that allowed documentary analysis through the software ""WEBCEPH"" where the cases will be recorded in sequential order and in Arabic numerals. Results: S e observed a negative influence between the skeletal class and the craniocervical position(-0.131) this indicates that as the skeletal class increases the craniocervical position C tends to present variations in its normal position. The most prevalent class in the patients studied is class II, representing 54.00% of the total. It is followed in prevalence by class I, with 38.00%, while class III has the lowest prevalence, with 8.00%. Conclusions: Most of the patients evaluated exhibit a normal craniocervical position, however, a significant percentage presenting an extension or flexion position is observed. This could indicate the presence of postural problems or muscle tension in the cervical region
