The main objective of the thesis project to be presented is to generate an optimal Design of a Productive Technical Education Center and Community Library in the Alto Trujillo sector, due to the population increase of 4.04% according to the last census, a high level of illiteracy arises. This is due to the fact that a large part of the population had the obligation to work at a young age, due to the high rate of poverty. On the other hand, we have a lack of cultural facilities that promote their own and self-taught education based on primary and secondary education. or higher, limiting the population's opportunities for a better quality of life. Based on this problem, we seek to implement equipment that regenerates the area, achieving integration and being an educational reference space in the sector. In this way, job insertion is sought as part of economic growth, through equipment with a typology that serves different users, being a hybrid project that within its design implements meeting spaces, with the purpose of being able to integrate spaces in contact. with nature. Likewise, develop a project proposing a flexible architecture that can adapt to the multiple activities that may be developed
