The objective of the present study is the factors associated with compliance with treatment for urinary tract infection in pregnant women treated at the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo from 2018 to 2022. This study was characterized as basic and used a descriptive cross-sectional correlational design. Data were collected by screening medical records from a sample of 350 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Obtaining that demographic factors such as age, origin and marital status are not significantly associated with compliance with treatment for urinary tract infection (p > 0.05); While the level of education is significantly associated (p < 0.05) with compliance with treatment for urinary tract infection in pregnant women, social factors such as type of family and type of work are significantly associated with compliance with treatment for urinary tract infection. urinary tract infection (p < 0.05); While SISFOH (type of poverty) is not significantly associated (p > 0.05) with compliance with treatment for urinary tract infection in pregnant women treated, cultural factors are not significantly associated (p > 0.05) with compliance with treatment for urinary tract infection in pregnant women. Concluding Demographic, social and cultural factors are significantly associated (p < 0.05) with compliance with treatment for urinary tract infection in pregnant women treated at the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo during the years 2018 to 2022
