Background: Musculoskeletal disorders as a frequent cause of medical consultation, temporary or permanent work disability. Objective: Identify the relationship between musculoskeletal disorders and forced postures in operational workers in blueberry harvesting in an agricultural company. Barranca – Lima, 2023. Materials and Methods: This research work had a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The participants included were the workers who harvested blueberries in a period of no less than 6 months. The Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaires (CMDQ-JAH-Tx) and REBA were used. The Microsoft Office 2019 Excel program was used to collect data, and they will also be ordered and processed with the help of the SPSS statistical package (v-24), where the variables will be correlated by the Pearson method (p<0.05). Results: Of the 380 workers, it was observed that the average age was 31.1 years with a predominance of the male gender (87.6%). The longest service time in agricultural work of all workers was 1 year and 11 months (10.5%), in addition, there was a relationship between the level of risk of MSDs and forced postures of the different body segments (neck, arm, trunk, wrists) (p<0.001). The REBA score was mostly at a level of 4 (70.8%). Conclusion: It is concluded that there was a relationship between musculoskeletal disorders (neck, arm, trunk, wrists) and forced postures in operational workers in blueberry harvesting in an Agricultural company. barranca – lima, 2023.
