The objective of the research is to propose a business plan for a medical center dedicated to providing specialized medical consultation services in animal behavior and welfare. Study with mixed approach and applied type. Sample represented by 141 pet owners of high and medium-high socioeconomic status residing in the department of Lima (Metropolitan Lima), the sampling used was non-probabilistic of stratified type, whose data collection technique was an electronic survey. At a confidence level, it was concluded that 70% of the respondents stated that their pets have behavioral problems, therefore, it is important to provide a specialized service for the improvement and well-being of pets, this allows a better understanding of the market, since there is a growth in responsible pet owners. The result of the investigation allows to show the viability and profitability generated by carrying out this business plan to the companies that are dedicated to the field, based on the results obtained from the projections and financial indicators, it was identified that the project generates value by business, for a 5-year projection, gives us a positive NPV equivalent to S/ 830,971 and an IRR equivalent to 54.29% higher than the COK (11.8%).
