The business project "Baby Panda" is a brand set to offer a product line made entirely from 100% bamboo fabric. It is an innovative and eco-friendly brand that, according to conducted research, would be embraced by future users. The business model enables us to focus on selling high-quality products due to the inherent characteristics of the plant, which are even superior to cotton. The sales format will be hybrid, encompassing both digital and traditional channels. This includes a website and social media platforms where a home delivery service will be provided through a third party. Additionally, there will be a physical store in the San Isidro district. Research on the target segment indicates a growing trend and potential market for the acquisition of baby clothes made from bamboo fabric, driven by the novel characteristics of bamboo, such as being antiperspirant, UV-protective, hypoallergenic, and extra soft. The estimated potential market size is 93,640 people in 2024, with projected growth over the next 5 years, influenced by population growth and birth rates. The proposed market share for the first year is 5%, with expectations of increasing over the following four years within the A and B populations of Lima Metropolitana. Financial evaluation results indicate an impressive 82% internal rate of return, exceeding the WACC, and with a recovery period of 9 months, making the business viable. In conclusion, the "Baby Panda" business project demonstrates strong potential for success, offering a unique and environmentally friendly product line to a sizable and growing market. The financial assessment further supports the viability of the venture.
