Conocimientos y cumplimiento de los controles de crecimiento y desarrollo en madres de menores de 5 años del Centro de Salud Collique III zona, Comas 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: determinar la relación entre los conocimientos y cumplimiento de los controles de crecimiento y desarrollo en madres de menores de 5 años del centro de salud Collique III zona, Comas 2024. Enfoque y diseño: enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por las madres de los niños menores de 5 años del Centro de Salud Collique III zona, durante el mes de mayo de 2024. Según los datos proporcionados por la encargada del CRED, se contaba con 63 madres de menores de 5 años. La muestra fue censal. Resultados: la edad media de las madres es de 27,41 años, con un rango entre 19 y 44 años. El nivel de conocimiento de las madres, donde el 34,9% de las madres tiene un nivel de conocimiento bajo (n=22), otro 34,9% tiene un nivel de conocimiento medio (n=22) y el 30,2% posee un nivel de conocimiento alto (n=19). El cumplimiento del control de crecimiento y desarrollo en madres. El 44,4% de las madres no cumple con el control (n=28), mientras que el 55,6% sí lo cumple (n=35). La prueba de chi-cuadrado reveló una correlación significativa entre el nivel de conocimiento y el cumplimiento del CRED en madres (valor de chi-cuadrado de Pearson = 24,070, significación asintótica bilateral = 0,000). Conclusiones: existe relación significativa entre los conocimientos y cumplimiento de los controles de crecimiento y desarrollo en madres de menores de 5 años del centro de salud Collique III zona, Comas 2024

The population was made up of mothers of children under 5 years of age from the Collique III Health Center area, during the month of May 2024.
