The Business Plan evaluates the commercial, operational, and economic feasibility of opening a physical store in the north of Lima as part of the expansion plan for the retail company ABC. Market and financial analyses were conducted, along with an assessment of potential scenarios. A survey was also carried out targeting the districts of San Martín de Porres, Los Olivos, Independencia, and Comas. ABC has been in the urban fashion market for 4 years, and through alliances with suppliers, it works on different strategies to set trends in the new generations that seek to differentiate themselves through their lifestyle. Therefore, the marketing strategy is focused on communication that builds connections with the target audience and provides a shopping experience that makes them feel unique and different from what the competition offers, adding value to the products and creating a community. The project involves an initial investment of S/ 445,290 for the store opening, with 30% financed by the bank. The analysis yields an Economic Internal Rate of Return (EIRR) of 35.88% and a Financial Internal Rate of Return (FIRR) of 41.33%, not only indicating that the project is economically and financially profitable but also surpasses respective opportunity costs: EIRR is higher than the WACC by 17.08%, and the Net Present Value (NPV) is greater than 0.
