The present research work was carried out in the Vacunos project of the Faculty of Agronomy (Zungarococha Fund), of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon in which we provide a "Densities of worms and their reproduction with cattle manure and their effect on the yield of (Brassica napus L.) var. Ming-Ho in Iquitos - Peru ". The evaluations were carried out 60 days after the planting of the botanical seed, in plots of 1.0 m2 of area. The treatments were: T1 (500 worms of Eisenia foetida / 0.25 m2), T2 (1000 worms of Eisenia foetida / 0.25 m2), T3 (1,500 earthworms), with four treatments and four replicates. Eisenia foetida / 0.25 m2) and T4 (2000 Eisenia foetida worms / 0.25 m2), the data collected showed that the T4 treatment (2000 earthworms / m2) showed the best results in height with 27.35 cm in total weight of The plant with 639.27 grams, total root weight with 503.25 grams, in the diameter with 6.65 cm and finally in the length with 20.45 cm. The treatments with the lowest result were T1 (500 earthworms / m2), height at 22.38 cm, total plant weight at 383.25 grams, total root weight at 314.25 grams, turnip diameter at 5.63 and length The root with 15.25 cm. The best yield achieved in the present research is 45,292.50 kg / 6000 m2, compared to other varieties this far surpasses them.
