The test of the work was installed in areas of the agronomy faculty – Zungarococha (teaching and investigation workshop, agrostological garden): Property of the agronomy faculty-UNAP, located in the Hamlet Zungarococha; the investigation work aimed to determine the best level of humus enriched of worm in the apprehension and rooting of Matarraton, wich was installed through the design of complete blocks random with nine (9) treatments and three (3) repetitions, with factorial arrangement of 3 x 3. Moreover, was carried out the Tukey proof; The population was conformed for apical stake, middle and baseline of Gliricidia sepium the evaluation was realized at 45 days, getting the following results: The factor “a2b3” (Medium stake + bristle-Humus) managed to obtain the best average in each variable under study (picking, rooting and number of leaves) followed by the factor “a3b32” (Basal stake + bristle-Humus), referring to the General Hypothesis raised, this has been rejected, accepting the alternate research hypothesis in the present work.
