The research was developed on the grounds of the Faculty of Agronomy - Teaching and Research Project Agrostological Garden, located at Km. 5,800 of the Iquitos - Zungarococha highway, San Juan Bautista district, province of Maynas, Loreto department, with the objective of determining the levels of Nitrogenated Fertilization and its effects on the agronomic characteristics and yield of the grass Axonopus scoparius "Maicillo verde". The research was of Experimental type, the Design of Complete Blocks Randomized (DBCA) was used, with four (4) treatments and four (3) repetitions and statistical test of TUKEY. It is concluded that the best treatment, according to the variables evaluated (height (m), aboveground biomass (kg / m2) and dry matter (g / m2) that showed the best yields per square meter was T3 (400 kg / hectare of UREA) and likewise the best treatment according to yield / hectare (in aerial biomass kg / ha and dry matter kg / ha) was Treatment T3 (400 kg / ha of UREA).
