The experiment was carried out at the facilities of the Workshop on Teaching and Research of Horticultural Plants (TEIPH), of the Faculty of Agronomy-UNAP, located at Km. 3 of the road to Zungarococha, south of the city of Iquitos, whose geographical coordinates are: South Latitude 03o 46´,13.2´´; West Length 73o 22´, 10.4´´; Elevation: 126 meters above sea level. The type of research was experimental, explanatory with an independent variable (hen plus wood ash doses) and eight dependent variables (plant height, root length, root weight, number of leaves/plant, bulb diameter, total plant weight, bulb/plant weight and bulb/ha weight). The objective is to determine the influence of hen plus doses of wood ash, on the agronomic characteristics and yield of Allium porrum L. "pore", Zungarococha-Loreto.2019. The experimental design used was Completely Random Block Design, with four treatments and four repetitions. Each experimental unit consisted of 3 rows, 8 plants/row and the sampling unit consisted of four plants/ experimental unit. The following conclusions were reached: Hen plus doses of wood ash significantly influenced agronomic characteristics and yield in Allium porrum L. "pore"; the dose of 30 t hen/ha plus 3 t of wood ash (T4), presented the best results of plant height (60 cm); number of leaves/plant (14) bulb diameter (4.78 cm.); total plant weight (250 g.); bulb/plant weight (104 g.) and bulb/ha weight (6,933 t/ha). the longest root length was obtained by the treatment T1 (30 t of hen/ha), with 9 cm: the largest root weight was obtained by the T3 Treatment (30 t of hen/ha plus 2 t of wood ash/ha), with 17 g; the T4 Treatment (30 t of hen/ha plus 3 t of wood ash/ha) presents the best cost-benefit ratio with a profitability of S/.98,043.00.
