The research your objective: Determine the relationship between the implementation of a mobile application with virtual reality and the promotion of tourism through the visualization and description of the tourist sites of Iquitos- 2018, the research belongs to the descriptive type and the design was the nonexperimental Transactional. The population was conformed by the national and foreign tourists that visit the city of Iquitos, the sample was represented by 50 tourists chosen for convenience. The technique that was used in the data collection was the survey. The analysis and interpretation of the information was carried out using descriptive statistics and inferential non-parametric chi-square statistics. When establishing the relationship between the implementation of a mobile application with virtual reality and the promotion of tourism through the visualization and description of the tourist sites of Iquitos applying the inferential statistical test non-parametric Chi square (X2) was obtained: X2c = 3.44 , X2t = 2.71 observing that X2c> X2t; consequently, we accept the research hypothesis: there is a statistically significant relationship between the implementation of a mobile application with virtual reality and the promotion of tourism through the visualization and description of the tourist sites of Iquitos- 2018
