Sistema de control de atención Integral del Programa Nacional Wawa Wasi - sede Iquitos

Abstract

Actualmente la información para el manejo de rendiciones de atención Integral del programa Nacional Wawa wasi - Sede Iquitos, se elabora manualmente con información muy compleja, ya que los requerimientos se registran en hoja de cálculo Excel, el cual hace que el manejo del mismo no tenga una respuesta rápida. Se procedió a realizar el análisis e implementación de un sistema de control de Atención Integral del PNWW (SCAP) aplicada a una solución web de ayuda a la gestión, posteriormente se continuó con el desarrollo de software conocida como el Proceso unificado de Rational (RUP) porque es adaptable de acuerdo a las necesidades de la organización y del proyecto. Este sistema de Información ayudará a la elaboración de las rendiciones en un menor tiempo y con la facilidad en el manejo de información por Comité de Gestión y almacenamiento adecuado al mismo. Así, la implementación de la solución web, permite al programa Nacional Wawa Wasi - MINDES, poder organizar y compartir la información de los requerimientos Mensuales automatizados, el cual lleva a la elaboración de las rendiciones con facilidad y con la información adecuada, permitiendo tomar mejores decisiones.
