The Regional Directorate of Education of Loreto, is the specialized agency of the regional government, responsible for the education service in the area of its territorial jurisdiction, in arder to promote education, culture, sports, recreation, science and technology in accordance with national sectoral policy. Within its organizational structure is the area of remuneration, on which this project will address. Among the functions of the area of remuneration mention, which are of interest for the development of this Practical Work, is to make the return of the hired workers in the form of CAS (Public Procurement Service) service for each month; these processes are done manually storing and processing records calculate salary of employees in Excel, resulting tedious, complicated and problematic when required reports needed for the development of the return. In addition there is no method or mechanism to ensure proper data backup. Faced with this problem a computer system that allows workers to register and ali information from your paycheck, then the calculated automatically perform home pay, discounts, etc. contribution to AFP was introduced.; any information of these processes are recorded in a database, allowing their location through consultation and reporting, the computer system will also support the database manually and automatically for later restoration, this will very helpful remuneration for the area. Rational Unified Process (RUP) was used as a development methodology, taking modeling language as the Unified Modeling Language (UML) notation based on the Rational Rose modeling software. For free software implementation of the system was used: Apache web server, PHP programming language and MySQL database server data. With the implanted computer system was achieved dramatically reduce the time in, obtaining 99.4% of the ballots reports quickly and reliably. According to the methodology SUS (System Usability Scale), the computer system has an acceptance score of 96.25 compared to 90.00 regarding usability and effectiveness on a scale from O to 100 according to user survey during use system.
