The thesis was carried out in the city of Yurimaguas with the purpose of evaluating the inclusion of different levels of kudzu flour in the feeding of quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica) in posture and its effect on the productive performance. The evaluated parameters were percentage of posture, feed consumption, feed conversion, as well as economic Merit using 72 female quails in the posture phase, randomly distributed with a Completely Randomized statistical design, with four treatments and three repetitions (6 units per repetition in each treatment), and a degree of reliability (P <0.05). The treatments were: T0 (Control treatment) 0.0% level of kudzu flour; T1: 5% kudzu flour / kg of feed; T2: 10% kudzu flour / kg of feed and T3: 15% kudzu flour / kg of feed. The following results were obtained: Regarding the Average daily food consumption, values of: 21.85, 22.26, 23.07, 22.99 grams were reported for the treatments T0, T1, T2 and T3 respectively, there being highly significant statistical differences between treatments (P <0.01). In the accumulated posture percentage, highly significant statistical differences were found (P <0.01) between treatments: T0: 85.83, T1: 91.66, T2: 96.83 and T3: 96.11%. In the weight of the egg we obtained average accumulated weights of T0: 9.55, T1: 10.03, T2: 10.44 and T3: 10.39g., In the statistical analysis these showed highly significant differences between the means of the treatments. The best accumulated food conversions were obtained with the T2 of 2.279 compared to the values of: 2,666; 2,466; 2,304 for the treatments T0, T1, and T3, respectively, finding significant statistical differences between treatments (P <0.05). In the same way, the highest Economic Merit achieved the T2 with S / 104.54 nuevos soles, showing a better profitability. In conclusion, it is observed that the T2 treatment reached the best responses in terms of food consumption, posture percentage, egg weight, feed conversion and economic merit.
