The I.E.S.T.P. Reyna de Las Américas is dedicated to preparing technical-level professionals with careers related to the field of people's health. The objective of this thesis was to determine the relationship between employment in the public sector and the employability of graduates of I.E.S.T.P. Reyna de las Américas of the Loreto region, in the period 2015 - 2019. For this, this investigation of Quantitative type, Correlational level and Non-Experimental design was carried out. The research concludes that there is a direct relationship between the total of employed graduates and the employed graduates who have been working in the public sector, having obtained a Correlation Coefficient that was r = 0.766595199, a value greater than 0.75 and close to +1; which shows a good statistical significance between the variables. Likewise, the technical nursing training career was the one that brought together the highest number of graduates by technical career, having reached the figure of 663 people, equivalent to 55.11% of the total. Similarly, the analysis of graduates by technical career who are incorporated into the labor market during the period under study amounted to the sum of 363 people and belong to Technical Nursing, meaning 58.64% of the total. In addition, the employability of graduates was analyzed by sector in which they have been working, determining that 74.96% are occupying a position in the public sector (464 people).
