Motivación e inteligencia emocional de las estudiantes de Tecnología del Vestido de la Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, 2021

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación se propone determinar la posible relación existente entre la motivación y la inteligencia emocional de las estudiantes de Tecnología del Vestido de la Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, 2021. Para ello, se aplicó la metodología cuantitativa, aplicada, correlacional y descriptiva. El universo fue 90 estudiantes de cinco promociones (2017-2021), el muestreo fue censal al trabajar con la población completa. Los resultados mostraron que el 61.8% de las estudiantes presentaron alta motivación, el 3.3% baja motivación y el 28.9% regular motivación. El 58.9% de las estudiantes presentaron alta inteligencia emocional, el 40% regular y el 1.1% baja. La prueba fue rho Spearman evidenció la existencia de relación significativa, positiva y moderada entre la motivacióny la inteligencia emocional.

The objective of this research work is to determine the possible relationship between the Motivation and emotional intelligence of Garment Technology students of the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle, 2021. For this, the quantitative, applied, correlational and descriptive methodology. The universe was 90 students of five promotions (2017-2021), the sampling was census when working with the entire population.
