The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the revaluation of the peasant community and the management of manufacturing companies in the Kandavali district of Tacna. Methodologically it uses non-experimental quantitative methods and descriptive correlation models. The population is made up of 225 members of a peasant community in the province of Candavare, Tacna region. The samples are numbered. The technique used is a survey using a tool called a survey. Among the results obtained, Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient = 0.469** was interpreted as 99.99%**, the correlation was found significant at a binary level of 0.01 and was interpreted as a moderate positive correlation between variables, p = 0.00. (p < 0.01).), The null hypothesis is rejected. Likewise, the process of revaluation in peasant society seems to be directly related to the management of productive companies. In this sense, it can be said that the better the revaluation of the peasant community, the higher the level of management of the productive project. Again, according to Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.469**, this result indicates that the variables are moderately positively correlated. Management of projects for the revaluation and production of peasant communities.
