The objective of this research work is to present the various types of audiovisual material that have been exploited in different ways for many years to support student learning. Several authors (eg, Bates1985) have described particular attributes of video that make it a powerful medium for learning, such as summary information, narrative visualization, recognition and identification by the student. "More specifically, the use of audiovisual resources with subtitles offers various benefits, such as providing recurrent exchange of oral utterance, printed manuscript and visual information all transmit the same message" (Baltova, 1999, p. 33). Likewise, “it promotes the learning of content and vocabulary even in relatively inexperienced students, thus subtitles can bridge the gap between reading and listening skills (Borrás and Lafayette, 1994). This aims to overcome the deficiency of passivity by engaging students in constant activity by adding captions to the material, thus creating a new product. Listening comprehension is considered a relevant factor in communication. As a student understands what is being expressed, they will have a better ability to communicate. In addition, you will be able to better visualize the specifics of the target language, contributing to better language progress in the four key skill sections. Students take great pride in having the potential to understand the target language. Being able to become a key element of motivation to continue studying the language, and teachers have the pedagogical task of promoting orientation towards achieving this. That is why teachers need to design educational strategies that optimize students' spoken understanding (listening skills) and also motivate them. This commitment is branched out into five different chapters. The first includes the identification of difficulties, the presentation of concerns, the purpose of the investigation, the peak and scope, as well as the restrictions of the study. The second includes the theoretical booklet, which consists of references to snacks, theoretical foundations and basic terminological precision. The informational core that is disseminated here implies a theoretical basis, since it develops in detail the contents related to the research variables, such as the first chapter on technical education tools and the second chapter on educational style. Chapter 3 discusses the assumptions and variables, and the operability of variables.
