The objective of this research work was as a general object, it could be said that the investigative work consisted of precisely, clearly and forcefully establishing the existing connection between the study variables of the students of the VII cycle of the UNE Faculty of Sciences, 2020. Thus , the population was made up of 132 science majors with whom the deductive and hypothetical methodology was used. It can be said in this regard that a positive attitude on the part of teachers to learn how to use technology, as well as applying it in their learning session, is extremely positive to improve the communication and information provided to students, even more so if they are of the higher educational level, where what matters is that, more than acquiring knowledge, synthesize and analyze it to provide positions and ideas with scientific rigor to resolve any conflict or socio-educational problem. To this extent, there is an unquestionable annexation that must be the subject of analysis to reinforce the universities, even more so in the Peruvian ones, since it is evident that these higher institutions are still in a process of adaptation as a result of the pandemic and its sudden change towards virtuality that disrupted teaching activity.
