Resumen: The objective of this research work is to identify different problems and deficiencies around the appropriate use of technologies, as well as present limitations around the management carried out within the school, therefore, the purpose of the study was to identify the connection between ICT and the educational management of teachers at an educational institution in Saposoa during the year 2018. For the proper development and proper procedure of the study, the research adopted a quantitative, correlational, non-experimental approach, where 100 teachers from the institution trained part of the sample. Two questionnaires were administered, the first for the ICT variable composed of 17 items, while to evaluate management an instrument containing 19 items was constructed using a Likert-type rating scale. The results indicated that it was possible to prove that there is a considerable correlation between the ICT variables and educational management from the perspective of the teachers of an institution, signified by the p value below the 5% margin of error, in the same way as There was a Pearson coefficient of 0.810, which supported the confirmation of the alternative hypothesis.
