The objective of this research work was carried out within the framework of master's studies at the Graduate School of the Enrique Guzmán y Valle National University of Education. The central objective was to establish the relationship that exists between the organizational climate and job satisfaction in teachers of the Initial Educational Institution No. 08 Nuestra Señora de Loreto, which is located within the jurisdiction of the UGEL Andahuaylas, of the Apurímac Region. . The study is framed by its nature in the quantitative approach, it is of a substantive or basic type, with a descriptive-correlational design and a hypothetical-deductive method. The sample was defined through the type of non-probabilistic, intentional and random sampling, finally consisting of 18 teachers from the institution in question. The technique used was the survey and the organizational climate questionnaire and job satisfaction questionnaire were used as instruments. The statistical data were processed through the SPSS program in its latest version. The conclusions reached are the following: There is a significant relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction, at a total level and by the dimensions: meaning of the task, working conditions, personal or social recognition and economic benefits, in teachers of the Initial Educational Institution No. 08 Nuestra Señora de Loreto, which is located within the jurisdiction of the UGEL Andahuaylas, of the Apurímac Region.
