The objective of this research work is the relationship that exists between school motivation and learning achievement in students of an educational institution in the rural area of the Apurimac Region. This study is quantitative in nature with a correlational design and It corresponds to the type of non-experimental research because it does not control the variables. The population and study sample were 60 students, this being a census sample be a very small amount. To obtain information about the motivation variable school, a questionnaire was developed that was then validated and applied to the sample, while that for the learning achievement variable we worked with the official notes of the students. The information obtained was tabulated in Excel and processed with the package SPSS statistical version 24. After carrying out the hypothesis test, it was concluded that the School motivation is directly related to learning achievement, that is, The higher the level of school motivation, the higher the level achieved by the student. learning achievement. The corresponding correlation is moderately positive due to which according to the Spearman Coefficient is 0.541.
