The objective of this research work had as its general objective to determine the relationship between Management Leadership and Teaching Commitment in a public educational institution in Tacna, in the year 2021, which is framed in a quantitative, basic, relational design, non-experimental and transversal, aimed at a causal sample of 40 teachers, to whom two questionnaires were applied. The results indicated that there is a significant and positive relationship between directive leadership and teaching commitment (Rho Spearman Coefficient = 0.767; p=0.000), it is also evident that considering the pedagogical leadership dimension and teaching commitment there is a significant and positive relationship ( Spearman's Rho coefficient = 0.623; p=0.000), when considering the dimension inclusive leadership and teacher commitment, a significant and positive relationship is obtained (Spearman's Rho coefficient = 0.657; p=0.000), and when evaluating the relationship between distributed leadership and teacher commitment there is a significant and positive relationship (Spearman's Rho coefficient = 0.623; p=0.000). These results allow us to infer that better performance in the pedagogical, inclusive and distributed directive leadership of the directors of an educational institution in Tacna, would be related to greater affective, continuity and normative commitment of the teachers.
