The objective of this research work was the thesis entitled The impact of burnout and the institutional climate at CEBA Edelmira del Pando, UGEL 06-2021 presents the quantitative methodology, of a correlational type, is worked with the non-experimental, cross-sectional or transectional design, the method used was the hypothetical deductive. The population was made up of 31 teachers, the sample being the same population, being the census sampling. To measure the variables, the questionnaire for Burnout syndrome and the institutional climate were used, both instruments validated by expert judgment and with an Alpha reliability of Cronbach equals 0.823 for Burnout syndrome and 0.928 for institutional climate. HE found that 54.8% of those surveyed consider that Burnout syndrome is of a level moderate, followed by 12.9% who indicate that it is of a very high level, another 12.9% of high level, 12.9% very low and, finally, 6.5% low level. On the other hand, in Regarding the institutional climate, 51.6% indicate that it is regular, followed by 12.9% those who show that it is very good, 12.9% perceive that it is bad, 12.9% very bad and, finally, 9.7% consider that it is good. His main conclusion was: There is significant relationship between burnout and the institutional climate at CEBA Edelmira del Pando, UGEL 06, 2021. (p ˂ 0.05, Spearman's Rho = -0.767, with a negative correlation high).
