The objective of this research was to establish the relationship between dialogic learning with the pedagogical leadership of the director and the teaching performance in the educational institutions of the RED N ° 01-UGEL 03. Lima. It was a research with a quantitative approach, of a basic type, of a non-experimental, correlational and cross- sectional design. The sample consisted of 56 teachers, to whom a survey was applied using as an instrument a questionnaire for each variable under study, being validated at the time by expert judgment, and added to the reliability by the Cronbach's Alpha statistic, with results for dialogic learning (0.948), the principal's pedagogical leadership (0.945), and teacher performance (0.930). We also worked with the Kolmogorv-Smirnov normality test, which turned out not to be a normal distribution, so non-parametric statistics were used. The results of the research concluded in the existence of a significant relationship between dialogic learning with the pedagogical leadership of the director and the teaching performance in the educational institutions of the RED N ° 01-UGEL 03, Lima (p <0.05; Rho Spearman's = 0.403 and 0.561) thus testing the research hypotheses.
