The objective of this research work was to establish to what extent digital document management is related to the quality of service to the user in the Ayacucho Healthcare Network of EsSalud. The research methodology used was basic, with a quantitative approach and a descriptive correlational design. A statistical sample was selected and the survey was applied as an information collection technique. Two instruments were used: the first measured the level of digital document management and the second measured the level of quality of service to the user. The instruments were validated through expert judgment, the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient determined the level of reliability and the goodness of fit to a normal distribution was determined through the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. In the descriptive analysis, tables and figures are shown that represent the distribution of frequencies obtained. Finally, the inferential analysis was performed using the Spearman Rho correlation coefficient. This research concluded indicating that there is a significant relationship between digital document management and the quality of user service in the public servers of the Ayacucho Assistance Network of EsSalud, in the City of Ayacucho, in the Ayacucho Region.
