The thesis had as a general objective, to determine the relationship that coaching has with soft skills, in this way to improve the relationship between teachers and students, for students to strengthen their learning, from the identification of their weaknesses. In this thesis, dimensions of coaching referring to; leadership, emotional capacities, process of change, so the methodology used in this research is of an applied type, with a quantitative approach, with a quasi-experimental design, for which a survey information collection technique was used, the population is of 10 teachers and 50 students, and for the data processing the SPSS was applied. It was demonstrated that the application of coaching had a significant influence on the development of soft skills, and according to the observed characteristics the use of Spearman's Rho test was determined, to verify the existing agreement between coaching and the development of the Soft skills, r = 0.782, which means a positive relationship between the variables.
