The objective of this research work was to identify the association between gamification and the development of communication skills, which are techniques used to transform the interesting activity to learn in a playful way by students of the initial level of 4 and 5 years of the Private Educational Institution “Antonio Andaluz Westreicher”, Oxapampa, in the year 2022, Ugel Oxapampa. The study was carried out using numerical methods and a non-experimental design, with the objective of determining the relationship between the variables under study (cross-sectional correlation) without interfering in the process. For this study, a group of 60 initial level students was selected. The information was collected through a survey using two instruments: the first evaluated the level of "Gamification" and the second evaluated the level of "Development of communication skills". The precision of these instruments was evaluated by the opinions of three experts. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to evaluate the stability of the test, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check whether the data fit the normal distribution, and Spearman's Rho coefficient was used for the statistical study. The results suggest an important relationship between different types of intelligence and the technologies that students use to learn.
