The research aims to: Determine the relationship between Organizational Climate and Labor Performance of the Administrative staff of the José Leonardo Ortiz District Municipality - 2018. Methodology: type of quantitative approach of descriptivecorrelational design, the Likert scale questionnaire was applied to 63 administrative; the data were processed by the SPSS-25 software. Results: 74.60% and 82.54% of the administrative personnel indicated, respectively, that the Organizational Climate and the Work Performance were regular, the same result was observed in the dimensions of the first variable: Individual autonomy (60.32), Type reward (50.79%) and Consideration, gratitude and support (73.02%), except in the Degree of Structure imposed by the position, which was deficient. The dimensions of the second variable: Work capacity (61.91%), Development (63.49%), Efficiency (63.49%) and Worker profile (52.38%), the administrative staff categorized it as regular. When relating the variables, a high positive correlation was obtained (r = 0.761); and the correlations between dimensions: individual autonomy and work capacity (r = 0.177) were very low positive; Degree of Structure imposed by the position and Development (r = 0.525) positive moderate; Type of reward and Efficiency (r = 0.510) positive moderate; Consideration, Appreciation and Support with the Profile (r = 0.356) positive low. Conclusions: The veracity of the hypotheses through the t test (P <0.05) determined the approval of the general hypothesis raised between Organizational Climate and Work Performance (t = 2.189), as well as between the Reward Type and Efficacy dimensions. (t = -2.209); and the denial of the hypotheses between Individual Autonomy and Work Capacity (t = -1,247), Degree of Structure Imposed by the Position and Development (t = -1,323) and Consideration, Appreciation and Support, and the Worker Profile (t = 1,531).
