Liderazgo directivo y gestión de calidad en la Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad Nacional de Educación, Lima

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar en qué medida existe relación entre el liderazgo directivo y gestión de calidad en la Escuela de Posgrado Walter Peñaloza Ramella de la Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle. Es muy importante conocer el liderazgo directivo y la gestión de calidad del servicio ofrecido en la Escuela de Posgrado. La investigación desarrollada es de tipo básica, el enfoque cuantitativo y el diseño fue no experimental, transversal – correlacional. Se trabajó con una muestra de 302 estudiantes; la técnica fue la encuesta y se aplicaron dos instrumentos: el cuestionario 1 que evaluó el liderazgo directivo y el cuestionario 2 que evaluó la gestión de calidad. Los datos fueron procesados con el programa estadístico IBM SPSS versión 25. Esta tesis concluye que existe relación positiva considerable, la Rho de Spearman fue de +0,708 entre las variables liderazgo directivo y gestión de calidad; además, se presentan las recomendaciones generadas de este estudio, contribuyendo con la mejora de la gestión en la Escuela de Posgrado Walter Peñaloza Ramella de la Universidad Nacional de Educación – Enrique Guzmán y Valle.

The objective of this research was to determine to what extent there is a relationship between executive leadership and quality management in the Walter Peñaloza Ramella Post Graduate School of the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle. It is very important to know the executive leadership and the quality management of the service offered in the Post Graduate School. The research carried out is of a basic type; the quantitative approach and the design was non-experimental: cross-sectional - correlational. The sample used was of 302 students. The technique was the survey, and two instruments were applied: Questionnaire No. 1 that evaluated executive leadership, and Questionnaire No. 2 that evaluated quality management. The data were processed with the statistical program IBM SPSS version 25. This research concludes that there is a considerable positive relationship, Spearman's Rho was +0.708 between the variables of executive leadership and quality management. In addition, the recommendations generated from this research are presented, contributing to the improvement of management in the Walter Peñaloza Ramella Post Graduate School of the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle.
