The objective of this research work was entitled, "Teaching performance in the academic performance of students of the master's degree of the Luminus Dei agreement of the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán and Valle, 2018", whose objective was to determine the relationship that exists between the teaching performance in the academic performance of the students of the master's degree of the Luminus Dei agreement of the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán and Valle, 2018. The research methodology follows the approach quantitative, it is a basic type study, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design correlational, where two polytomous questionnaires validated by trial have been used. of an expert and subjected to the test of the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient as an instrument of collection of data to the perception of the teachers surveyed. Also, after having developed the research, applied the instruments and when carrying out the processing statistics, the following conclusions were reached: Teacher performance (Rho=0, 666) significantly (p < 0.000) with academic performance; the hypothesis was tested raised and it is concluded that teaching performance is directly and significantly with academic performance.
