The objective of this research work was to determine the effect of the mobile device on adherence to treatment with micronutrients in children 6-35 months. Sample: 60 mothers with children aged 6 – 35 months of the health post located in Horacio Zevallos. Methodology: The study was experimental, with a quasi-experimental non-probabilistic design for convenience. For him In the study, two experimental groups (G1 and G2) and a control group (GC) were formed. The Data were processed by Excel 2010 and the IBM PSS Statistics version 25 program. Results: The results showed that the intervened groups 1 and 2 (Message and Message + calls) had 58% (n=11) and 60% (n=12) of adherence respectively compared to the control group 35% (n=7). Conclusion: The intervention through the mobile device has a favorable effect on adherence to powdered MN treatment.
