The general objective of this research thesis was to determine if there is any relationship between virtual education and the level of learning of the students of the cycle of the Civil Construction Technical career of the Velille Public Technological Higher Education Institute. The research is of an applied type, of a descriptive-correlational level with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, we worked with the sample made up of 50 students from the fifth cycle, for data collection a questionnaire type Likert Scale, Virtual Education, was applied. Whose results were taken to statistical graphics (SPSS program), thus having their respective interpretations. The research concludes that there is no direct relationship between virtual education and the level of learning of students in the fifth cycle of the Civil Construction Technical career of the Velille Public Technological Higher Education Institute, having determined a chi square correlation coefficient of 3.3506.
