The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between conflict management and institutional climate in the Educational Institution No. 065 Mariscal Andrés Avelino Cáceres, Lurigancho - Chosica. Taking as variables: Conflict Management and Climate Institutional. The research presents a quantitative approach. Population and sample: 30 teachers of the Educational Institution No. 065 Mariscal Andrés Avelino Cáceres, Lurigancho – Chosic. Conflict Management is directly (r=0.924) and significantly (p < 0.000) with the Institutional Climate in the Educational Institution No. 065 Mariscal Andrés Avelino Cáceres, Lurigancho - Chosica, the proposed hypothesis was tested and this relationship is high, concluding that when there is a successful educational organization, it develops transparent, organized management actions that help investment in material education and the sustained growth of the infrastructure, fostering a high level of Institutional climate, therefore it is considered that the greater Conflict Management there will be better relationship in the institutional climate. To the directors of Educational Institution No. 065 Mariscal Andrés Avelino Cáceres, Lurigancho - Chosica, the proposed hypothesis was tested and there is a high correlation, which also indicates that management through the management of Conflict makes it possible to foster an adequate climate in which workers feel comfortable for their work, therefore, all conflict management should be disseminated, as well as promote personal development and identity since they must keep in mind that the Management of conflicts is very important, since it is directly related, to achieve an adequate Institutional coexistence also implies the improvement of institutional development, the generation of adequate spaces and contribute to the change of society, within a context of human and social development.
