Our society at this time is characterized by being connected in a virtual way with all the people that make up the institutions, the organizations, the family, so the social groups that integrate them are generating new forms of interaction giving rise to new forms of communication, so that educational institutions can not be alien to this reality. On the other hand teachers before we become innovative teachers, we have to give a space to reflect on what we have to ask myself. Am I developing my pedagogical practice well in the classroom? Am I happy with what happens in my educational institution? Is there desertion in my classroom? Why is there little interest in learning? From this reflection we elaborated a model of renovating work and putting it into practice. Therefore, this research is demonstrating the relationship that exists between innovative experiences and the management of human talent in teachers, with a value of significance: (5%). The values obtained from the Spearman correlation coefficient calculated with the SPSS, giving a value r = 0.723 which means a positive relationship between the variables under study.
