The objective of this research work was the present study entitled Conflict management and the institutional climate in the Educational Institution No. 147 "Santísima Virgen de Guadalupe", Pachacútec - Callao period 2020. The general objective was to determine the relationship between conflict management and institutional climate in the Educational Institution No. 147 "Santísima Virgen de Guadalupe", Pachacútec - Callao period 2020. To reach the same methodologically the research was developed under a quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive approach correlational and cross-sectional, we worked with 30 teachers who were applied two questionnaires. The main results revealed that conflict management is perceived at an inadequate level by 47%, while the institutional climate is perceived in a low level by 53%. It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the management of conflicts and the institutional climate in the Educational Institution No. 147 "Santísima Virgen de Guadalupe", Pachacútec - Callao period 2020, given that the p value was equal to ".000" and the rho coefficient equal to ".796" which shows that the better the there will be a better institutional climate.
