Gestión pedagógica y labor docente en la Escuela de Artillería del Ejército – 2018

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar cómo se relaciona la gestión pedagógica y la labor docente en la Escuela de Artillería del Ejército – 2018, desde la visión de los oficiales alumnos. El enfoque de la investigación fue cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo, de diseño no experimental. La población estuvo compuesta por 16 oficiales alumnos, y la muestra fue de tipo censal. Se les aplicó una encuesta de 12 preguntas con una escala de 5 categorías de respuestas referida a ambas variables. Este instrumento tuvo una fuerte confiabilidad de 0.875. Se realizó el análisis correspondiente a los resultados de la encuesta llegando a la demostración empírica de que un 97.60% apoya o considera positivamente los requerimientos de los indicadores y las dimensiones propuestas en el instrumento; esto fue ampliamente corroborado y contrastado empleando el chi cuadrado. Se concluyó que la gestión pedagógica se relaciona significativamente con la labor docente en la Escuela de Artillería del Ejército – 2018.

The objective of the present investigation was to determine how the pedagogical management and teaching work is related in the Army Artillery School - 2018, from the vision of the student officers. The focus of the research was quantitative, applied type, descriptive level, non-experimental design. The population was composed of 16 official students, and the sample was census type. A questionnaire of 12 questions was applied with a scale of 5 categories of answers referring to both variables. This instrument had a strong reliability of 0.875. The analysis corresponding to the results of the survey was made, arriving at the empirical demonstration that 97.60% support or positively consider the requirements of the indicators and the dimensions proposed in the instrument; this was widely corroborated and contrasted using the chi square. It was concluded that the pedagogical management is significantly related to the teaching work in the School of Artillery of the Army - 2018.
