The objective of this research work is to publicize inquiry as a teaching method and collaborative learning in the field of science and technology are related in the study developed here, it has a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design. and a descriptive, correlational, transversal methodology. Likewise, this research was made up of 41 high school students from the I.E Lino Quintanilla-Apurímac, 2022, delimiting its probabilistic sampling. Regarding the methods used to collect the information, they included the recording technique, bibliographic, the Internet and the survey. A questionnaire that had been approved by specialists was also used as an instrument. Therefore, it was concluded that inquiry as a teaching strategy and collaborative learning in the Science and Technology Area in high school students of the I.E Lino Quintanilla-Apurímac, as evidenced by the general hypothesis test (p value or sig. Asymptotic (Bilateral) = 0.000 which is less than 0.05).
